Matthew Knowles is an actor, model, singer, and host known for his work in Chinese film and TV series, such as Love Me If You Dare, Deng Xiao Ping at History's Crossroad, Red Sorghum, Eastern Battlefield and Red Star Over China.
Knowles began working as a model during his second year in China. In 2012, he transitioned into acting, and by 2013 he signed a commercial modeling contract with RecoTalent Agency in the Philippines (advertising campaigns with HTC and Pepsi). In 2014, Knowles was offered a full government scholarship to study at the Beijing Film Academy and he was the first non-Asian / Caucasian at the academy.
In 2015 he joined the cast of Love Me If You Dare in the recurring role of Dr. Barnes, and also portrayed US General Evans Carlson in Red Star Over China. Knowles portrays Jet in the upcoming film Bond: Kizuna and stars as Rawa in Asura and is currently studying at RADA in London.
Cindera Che began performing at the age of 12, dancing in a weekly television variety show in Taipei, Taiwan. Today, she lives in Los Angeles and works as a professional dancer, choreographer, performance coach, and actor.
She credits the development of her artistic sensibilities to working with many industry legends, including Francis Ford Coppola, Twyla Tharp, Donald O’Connor, Ben Vereen, and Michael Jackson. She coached Kristi Yamaguchi in Dancing with the Stars and choreographed the feature film Dance of the Steel Bars. Recent work as a dancer includes television productions Big Bang Theory, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, MTV Video Awards and films The Muppets, La La Land, and an upcoming feature directed by Sia. Cindera also guest starred on ABC’s Fresh Off the Boat.
Cindera brings enthusiasm to all creative projects big or small while balancing her family life dedicated to her husband, daughter, and dog, Butter.
Kara Wang, an LA native, is a bilingual and bicultural actress who has returned back to Los Angeles after 5 years of working in Asia. Some of her credits in Asia include: television shows such as Fiancé on the Hunan channel and The Diamonds Dream on the Zhejiang channel as well as films such as Chen Kaige’s Caught in the Web and Daniel Hsia’s Shanghai Calling. Her American film credits include the upcoming Top Gun: Maverick, while her television credits include: Jane the Virgin on the CW, Gameshakers, and Journey to the East.
You may have seen her in commercial spots for Toyota, Sit and Sleep, McDonald's, Kay Jewelers just to name a few. Kara also had the amazing opportunity of playing the lead role of Xi Yan in acclaimed bilingual play Chinglish, written by Tony Award winner David Henry Hwang, at East West Players in 2016. Kara is very excited to be back in LA pursuing her craft, she looks forward to representing both her culture and herself in the opportunities to come. Jonathan Stanton grew up in Asheville, North Carolina. His mother is Asian and his father is Italian-Polish. His step-mother taught him the values of honesty, hard-work, and dependability. He believes in the power of the human spirit; service to others is essential to his nature.
His confidence and commitment to health, yoga, Jeet Kune Do, surfing and physical training have provided modeling opportunities in fashion shows, art exhibits, marketing media, and acting. In 2012 he relocated to Los Angeles to pursue acting and appeared in network shows, including CSI: Criminal Science Investigation and Castle. In 2016 he relocated to Thailand to work with Super Red Models Agency, securing campaigns for Nissan.
Jonathan is especially excited about portraying and appealing to the Asian fashion and film markets. He is pursuing work in film and television industries as a means of channeling positive energy.
Los Angeles-based film, television and theater actress, Yadira Pascault Orozco, began her on-camera career by hosting the well-known rock n roll program Sonicamente, which aired throughout Latin America for six years. She also hosted the cinema review program, El Once En El Cine (both programs for Canal Once).
As a dramatic actress, she has performed in features including; Juego de Heroes, Aqua Entre Nos, No Eres Tu Soy Yo, Bride +1 and has performed starring and co-starring roles in many TV Azteca programs. She was nominated as best actress performing a monologue by the APT (Association of Theatrical Journalists, Mexico City). Her training has included the Jacques Lecoq International Theater School, Paris and The Lee Strasberg Institute, Los Angeles.
Yadira has also been the associate producer of ten feature films, two of which, Nosotros los Nobles (The Noble Family) and No Eres Tu Soy Yo, are among the top grossing films in Mexican history.
